The S100X is produced in Japan at the only location for Casio calculators, Yamagata Casio, in order to impart the high level of quality befitting a flagship model. The spirit of Japan, being a country of manufacturing, lives in this definitive representation of value, with a key focus on;

  • Quality control- Technicians subject the calculators to stringent checks to determine whether their quality meets the standards of a flagship model.
  • Circuit board manufacturing- The circuit boards are manufactured at Yamagata Casio in a process that includes chip mounting and processing to connect semiconductors, aspects that are only rarely found in Japan.
  • Assembly- A high level of build quality is maintained by having experienced technicians carefully assemble the calculators individually
  • Engraving- Serial numbers are engraved by using lasers. This process applies the finishing touches to a unique S100X, signifying that the product is one of a kind
  • Packaging- The calculator is protected by a urethane cushion and features a bold exterior packaging.

Legibility that elevates the beauty of the display       

The LCD is not only easy to read, but also uses colors that have been specially selected to leave an impression on those who view the display. Casio continues to pursue a beauty in calculators that has previously been unexplored.

Double-sided AR coating*1 and FSTN liquid crystal. A low-reflection, high-contrast LCD that is the first of its kind globally*2 provides a clear display of numerals and other information regardless of lighting conditions

Key arrangement and shape designed so that keys are easy to press

The model features slim-profile isolation keys that use a pantograph structure. This structure allows for the stability of an accurate response to fast keystrokes while also achieving a feel of quality for the key presses.

The use of a pantograph structure, which can be found in desktop PC 
keyboards, gives the keys a stable feel. Three-key rollover enables fast and accurate keystrokes

Our nominated carrier is Parcel Force. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 9.00am – 6.00pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

All Grand Hybrid and Home Pianos will be delivered via our nominated carriers - TNT or Pianospeed (model dependent).

Express delivery option not available. 
Delivery via TNT couriers. This is a drop off service to a ground floor only.
Casio will email within 48hrs to arrange a suitable delivery day. Deliveries are  between Monday - Friday any time between 8am - 6pm. Excludes Bank Holidays.

Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands Delivery:
Please expect delivery within 7-10 business days. Customs duty charges will apply [ROI only]

Pianospeed Delivery
Express delivery option not available. 
Delivery will be completed via dedicated courier partners "Pianospeed". 
Service includes delivery and assembly to a ground floor address only (for additonal requirements email ecom@casio.co.uk).
Pianospeed will contact within 48-72 hrs [Mon-Fri] to arrange a suitable delivery day. Deliveries are  between Monday - Friday any time between 8am - 6pm. Excludes Bank Holidays.

Returns

If for any reason you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your purchase to Casio within 28 days of purchase. Please note that with the exception of faulty products, we cannot accept the return of items, which have been opened or used. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The below process should be followed:

 1 - Complete the short form that accompanies your product. Please ensure that you complete all of the sections, as this will guarantee the timely processing of your return/exchange.

 2 - Place your item in the original packaging along with the form. Please ensure that the product is pristine with all original manuals and tags.

 3 - Send the box to us using a recorded/signed & trackable service to the address below. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for a package that has not been received by us.
