Mainland UK

Standard: 2-4 Business days after dispatch. £2.95 or FREE for orders over £50
Express: 1-2 Business days after dispatch. £5.00


Republic of Ireland

Standard: 7-10 Business days after dispatch. £8.33
Express: Not Available
Please note that custom duty charges apply and will be levied by the parcel carrier at the local rate before completing delivery.

Piano Deliveries

We use TNT courier service for all large piano's, which is a drop-off service to a ground floor address. We aim to make contact within 48hrs to arrange a suitable delivery day. Deliveries are arranged between Monday - Friday and are untimed between 8am - 6pm. Excludes Bank Holidays.

Click & Collect

HubBox - Click & Collect

At checkout select your local store and then proceed to payment. Delivery to your nominated Click & Collect point should take 2-4 business days after dispatch. You should receive an email with your collection code within 24-48hrs when your parcel is ready for collection. Please bring a form of ID and your collection code email to enable collection.


Our nominated carrier is Parcel Force. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 9.00am – 6.00pm (excluding Bank Holidays).





Returns Policy

If for any reason you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase to Casio within 28 days of receipt. Please note that with the exception of faulty products, all goods must be returned unused and in pristine condition with the original manufacturer's packaging. We cannot accept the return of items, which have been used and are not in a resalable condition. You are required to take reasonable care of the item(s) whilst under your control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The below process should be followed:

1. Complete the returns form that accompanies your product. Please ensure that you complete all of the sections, as this will guarantee the timely processing of your return. We do not offer exchanges. This is not a prepaid label, you are responsible for covering the returns costs.


2. Place your item in the original packaging along with the form. Please ensure that the product is pristine with all original manuals and tags.


3. Send the box to us using a recorded/signed & trackable service to the address below. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for a package that has not been received by us.
