About the role

Casio Customer Services Advisors, serve our customers by providing product and service information; resolving problems and ensuring excellent service standards, by responding efficiently to customer’s enquiries and maintain high quality customer experience.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, friendly, comprehensive and outstanding responses to all Customers and Service Users.
  • Understand, Investigate and resolve customer enquires effectively and efficiently.

This role is suited for a passionate, motivated, customer-centric candidate with a desire to deliver excellent and efficient outcomes to our valued customers.
