Sound Projection

The speakers in the PX-870 face forward and backwards, which provides a remarkably similar sound character to that of a traditional upright piano. This also makes the instrument suitable for classrooms, halls or other environments where an audience may be present.

Advanced Expression

The PX-870 has a dual 20 watt sound system, with separate amplifiers for bass and treble tones to ensure crisp, controlled dynamics. The advanced AiR sound technology includes String Resonance simulation, making extended playing techniques possible.

Concert Play

With Casio’s unique Concert Play feature, the PX-870 comes with a built-in library of ten classical pieces, giving you the ability to play along with recordings of a live symphony orchestra. From beautiful elementary pieces to famous classical themes, be thrilled by the sense of occasion that being the soloist in an orchestra brings.

TRI SENSOR SCALED HAMMER ACTION II

At the heart of the PX-870 is the same highly acclaimed keyboard action used in larger models. The instrument is also equipped with three sturdy, metal footpedals which have the same capabilities as a traditional grand piano i.e una corda, sostenuto and damper control (with half pedalling support). With CASIO, small proportions do not limit your performance aspirations.

Connect your computer or smart device

The PX-870 includes a USB MIDI connection, meaning that it will connect seamlessly to your computer or smart device via USB, ready for use with any standard music software. This includes Casio’s own Chordana Play Piano app, free for iOS or Android devices. Control the piano settings from your phone or tablet, learn to play, read digital music scores and much more.

HEADPHONE MODE

Practising with headphones is very popular, so the PX-870 incorporates a new automatic Headphone Mode.  This remixes the grand piano tone to better suit the binaural perception of the human ear, for a more natural sound when wearing headphones. 

HALL SIMULATOR

Using real acoustic measurements, the Hall Simulator recreates the ambience and character of four famous concert halls. Experience the thrill of listening to these unique acoustics as you play.

Our nominated carrier is Parcel Force. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 9.00am – 6.00pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

All Grand Hybrid and Home Pianos will be delivered via our nominated carriers - TNT or Pianospeed (model dependent).

TNT Delivery:
Express delivery option not available. 
Delivery via TNT couriers. This is a drop off service to a ground floor only.
Casio will email within 48hrs to arrange a suitable delivery day. Deliveries are  between Monday - Friday any time between 8am - 6pm. Excludes Bank Holidays.

Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands Delivery:
Please expect delivery within 7-10 business days. Customs duty charges will apply [ROI only]

Pianospeed Delivery:
Express delivery option not available. 
Delivery will be completed via dedicated courier partners "Pianospeed". 
Service includes delivery and assembly to a ground floor address only (for additonal requirements email ecom@casio.co.uk).
Pianospeed will  contact within 48-72 hrs [Mon-Fri] to arrange a suitable delivery day. Deliveries are  between Monday - Friday any time between 8am - 6pm. Excludes Bank Holidays.

Returns

If for any reason you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your purchase to Casio within 28 days of purchase. Please note that with the exception of faulty products, we cannot accept the return of items, which have been opened or used. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The below process should be followed:

1 - Complete the short form that accompanies your product. Please ensure that you complete all of the sections, as this will guarantee the timely processing of your return/exchange.

2 - Place your item in the original packaging along with the form. Please ensure that the product is pristine with all original manuals and tags.

3 - Send the box to us using a recorded/signed & trackable service to the address below. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for a package that has not been received by us.
