About the Role:
How you will fit in the company…
The Paid Media Specialist will drive growth by optimising Casio UK’s paid and organic channels including Paid Search, Affiliates, Paid Social, Display and SEO to drive high quality traffic and leads. This role will report to the Head of Digital.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is capable of meeting deadlines and has the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
What you’ll be expected to do…
Primarily focusing on GSHOCK.co.uk and Casio.co.uk, you’ll be:
- Support the Head of Digital in collating data and analysing performance.
- Contributing to and executing an effective cross-channel digital acquisition strategy.
- Generating website traffic with test & learn, data driven approach.
- Derive insights on targeting, strategy and performance.
- Managing 3rd party digital agencies effectively.
- Identification of new digital channels and partners including new affiliates, to maximise reach across our target market.
- Creation of performance marketing reports, pro-actively utilising tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, BigQuery and Data Studio to visually represent KPI/ROI data.
- Demonstrating fluency in campaign performance data; continuously looking for optimisation opportunities to drive conversions and growth.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Person Specification:
What you will need…

Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in digital marketing channels such as GA, Performance Max (Google Shopping, Google Search), Paid Social (Meta Business Suite, TikTok), Display, Affliate Marketing.

Min. 2 years’ experience in performance marketing, retargeting and paid digital channels is essential.

Excellent understanding and expertise of Paid Social and PPC with proven results.

Experience in identifying new affiliate partners.

Keen analyst with proficient ability in Microsoft Excel

Demonstrate understanding and passion for representing the Casio brands.

Team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude

Excellent planning and organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail.

Ability to show initiative and enthusiasm for constantly improving processes.
