Customer Support Repair and Servicing Procedures for BSD Products
In order to obtain either a service or repair on a Casio product within the UK or Ireland, we recommend clicking the link below which will take you to our online repairs process, here you will be able to book in and track your repair to completion with a minimum of fuss.
You may also send your product in directly to our service centre with a covering letter stating your contact details, the return address of the product and a description of the problem.

Due to the possibility of damage during shipping, it is recommended when sending the product that you package it securely and send it via an insured postal service, in order to trace your item.
We can usually repair most products within 7-10 working days*, subject to the availability of parts and the condition of the product.
If you are making a warranty claim, you will need to provide a copy of a receipt or alternative physical proof of purchase indicating a recognised retailer.
