DT-X5 Series

The Casio DT-X5 series handheld terminal is an extremely tough, reliable bar code scanning device perfectly suited to challenging retail and warehouse requirements. Its magnesium inner case and tough resin outer case mean that it can withstand drops of up to 1.8 metres to concrete. And with an incredible battery life of up to 220 hours using either a pair of standard AA batteries (DT-X5M10E/ 30E models) or an optional large Lithium Ion battery, the DT-X5 will always be ready for use.

For environments such as warehouses and retail, where extensive scanning is required, the high speed laser scanning engine of the DT-X5 excels. With a scan speed of 100 scans per second on the standard laser scanner and CMOS scanner versions available, productivity will improve.

Bluetooth is built-in as standard and for further workflow enhancements, WLAN versions are available for data to be automatically communicated to the PC server. Windows CE.NET ensures that developers can use familiar tools and languages to develop business applications.
