EXPLORE YOUR CASIOLOGY A DIFFERENT KIND OF WEBSITE

CASIOLOGY is an ethos, a way of life.  It is the search for tomorrow, the desire for the unknown.  CASIOLOGY is the art of discovering your personal possibilities.

CASIO today unveils an entirely different kind of website, in line with its new CASIOLOGY ethos. The website – http://www.casiology.com/ – is a bold move away from traditional product-focused, brochure-like websites. Visitors to the website can explore and adapt it to fit their own interests, mood and preferences, creating their own evolving CASIOLOGY experience every time they log in.

Once in the website, users can dip into their unique “Pandora’s box”, dropping in their mood, passions and favourite colours in to create their own unique CASIOLOGY. They can play personalised games, mix their own music or create their own original CASIOLOGY art, in any combination they choose. This creates a rich brand experience for the visitor which consolidates the CASIOLOGY brand values for them in a meaningful way, and leads to them becoming CASIOLOGISTS.

The site is powered by Flash 7, and includes advanced Movieclip hierarchies, advanced masking, tween engines and various animated effects integrated using logic, 3D mathematics and physics. The site was built in a single intensive month, through a partnership between Casio’s in-house web development team and Southampton based Interactive Marketing Agency, WorksUnit.

The website is just one element of the integrated CASIOLOGY marketing campaign, which also includes above the line and below the line advertising and a dynamic public relations campaign. CASIOLOGY is a highly creative campaign which is re-energising the CASIO brand, making it more desirable and inspirational.  It is an extremely exhilarating time for consumers as the CASIOLOGY ethos focuses on creating products that bring real emotional rewards for those using them.  Consumers will be truly uplifted by the range of stylish, ‘CASIOLOGY inspired, CASIO created’ products that will be hitting the shops very soon.
