Customer Support Repair and Servicing Procedures for Consumer Products

In order to obtain either service or repair on a Casio consumer product within the UK or Ireland, please return the product to the following address:

Please enclose a covering letter with your contact details, the return address of the item and a description of the problem.

Due to the possibility of damage during shipping, it is recommended when sending the product for service that you package the product securely and send it insured, in order to trace your item.

We can usually repair or service most products within 10-15 working days, subject to the availability of parts and the condition of the product.

(Please note this process does not apply to the following Trade products: Electronic Cash Registers, Hospitality Equipment, and PDA's. We suggest you contact your local dealer for advice on how to service or repair these products)

Please note: For a claim to be under our warranty, you will need to provide a (copy of a) receipt, or alternative physical proof of purchase indicating a recognised retailer.
