| VanPOS is a comprehensive solution for sales representatives and delivery/sales staff with links to accounting and stock control systems to download and upload customer, product and sales information. At the point of order/delivery, VanPOS allows the user to record the transaction and, after the customer has verified the detail, a signature and/or image is recorded as proof that the transaction was correct. If payment is made, a signed receipt is issued. VanPOS supports stock control in each vehicle. Detailed transaction data is recorded in a comma separated variable (CSV) file for further processing. Vehicle information is recorded to assist in fleet management. Also, facilities exist to allow customer orders to be downloaded into the terminal. |
