Broadfield Hotel
The Broadfield hotel is a family run 30-room hotel in Rochdale, offering restaurant, bar and function room facilities.  They have installed 6 Casio QT-6000 touch screen  POS terminals with Casio Hospitality back office software and the Hotec Property Management System.  The system  links the bar, restaurant, function room, kitchen and front reception area. Customers now experience fast service at the bar and are able to seamlessly charge expenses to their room bill in a secure manner.

 

The Tiverton Hotel is part of the Best Western chain located right in the heart of Devon. The hotel offers quality accommodation in its 69 rooms as well as conferencing facilities for up to 300 delegates through 7 dedicated conference rooms. The QT-6000 was installed in the busy bar area to increase speed of service. Eventually the hotel would like to install the QT-6000 and ORDERMAN wireless waitressing system (now used in over 17,000 restaurants worldwide) in the busy restaurant area.

Rasa Samudra
Rasa Samudra is part of the award winning Rasa chain of Indian Restaurants operated by Das Sreedharan. The 110 cover restaurant located in central London, attracts a wide variety of clientele from business people to tourists. To improve customer service and the efficiency of the restaurant, Rasa Samudra recently installed the Casio QT-6000 and ORDERMAN Don Wireless Waitressing system.

The Meze Bar
The Meze Bar is a Mediterranean Restaurant in North London specialising in Turkish cuisine. In 2005 the restaurant won the best neighbourhood restaurant award sponsored by LBC and The Independent newspaper. They have installed the Casio QT-6000 touch screen POS terminal and 4 ORDERMAN DON Wireless Waitressing terminals. The system is allowing them to speed up service and focus on selling additional items to customers.

Pin Petch
Pin Petch is a newly opened Thai restaurant in Newport Pagnell.  Because customer service and fast order preparation is important, the restaurant opted for a Casio QT-6000 touch screen POS terminal and 4 ORDERMAN DON Wireless Waitressing terminals. The system has allowed waitresses to stay on the floor and has almost eliminated any wrong orders being delivered to tables.

Khushi's
Khushi’s is a family run Indian restaurant in central Edinburgh. The restaurant, the first Indian restaurant in Edinburgh and possibly Scotland, was established in 1947 by Khushi Mohammed and is now operated by his three sons. During 2006 the business relocated for the 3rd time giving them capacity for 220 covers. They have installed 2 x Casio QT-6000's and 6 x ORDERMAN DON's to make order taking and delivery in such a large restaurant more efficient.

Nightclubs/Bars

Velvet Room
This state-of-the-art nightclub catering for the over 23 year-old market opened in April 2006. Understanding the importance of a solid POS system for staff and stock management, they chose to install the Casio QT-6000 with Casio Hospitality back office software.

 

Envy
One of Sligo's most popular nightclubs, Envy recently made the decision to upgrade their EPOS system to the Casio QT-6000. Since then, they have been extremely impressed with the reliability of the system, how easy it is for staff to operate and how efficient it makes the management of stock.

Mercy
Mercy Night Club in Norwich opened its doors in October 2003 and has gone from strength to strength ever since. To adapt to their changing business needs they recently upgraded their POS system to the Casio QT-6000. It has been welcomed by staff and management for allowing faster and more accurate customer service, increased sales and increased accuracy in stock control.
